Wow…work is finally tapering off and so is my traveling. My goal of being in my best shape by 40 failed though. It’s next week and I have worked out very little in the last 8 weeks. I am back in the saddle again.
I have begun using a HIT training trying to get in and get out. My lifts are compound lifts with some smaller lifts to finish off and I lift until I am struggling while keeping the reps in the 8-12 range. If I pass that though I keep going until I hit the wall.
It sure feels good waking up in the morning with the "soreness" of a good workout!
