What do you owe your Circle of Influence?  Depends. I’ll explain.

First - what is your COI?  In my eyes it is anybody you come into contact with. This includes you friends and familty, your co-workers, people in your gym, and most importantly all those poor saps who desire to get those pounds of fat off of them but don’t think it is possible because the have "been fat for too long".

How do you take on this huge task?  Keeping living the fitness life EXCEPT now be approachable. Remember PAY IT FORWARD.
