					<description>Glad you had a really great workout! It's good to have those every once in a while. They help motivate us to keep going. I don't think you have any &amp;amp;#34;lacking&amp;amp;#34; body parts. You look very fit and strong, and although you might not think your shoulders and arms are up to par with strength or size, no one else can tell that by looking at you.

So keep focusing on the workouts, enjoy them, and I hope you have many positive results come your way. :)</description>
