Feel like an idiot!
God I feel like a prat today!
Just finished my second delt injection (OMG does it hurt!) 
and almost had a heart attack because I forgot to aspirate fully! I dove in headfirst with the lance and started to inject, realised after about 0.1ml and then tried to aspirate!
That could have been fatal, I will NEVER do that again. Especially since I take every other precaution to keep things sterile and do things properly.
I tried heating up the oil today, it drew a little easier so I think I’ll do it for all my other injections.
No fountains of blood thankfully from the right delt, just pain, pain, pain!
