3rd Week of bulking and the scale had stalled!
Sunday, December 2nd, 2007Well, i weighed in today at 76kg so not a pound gained this week!
My measurements are not going up either so i’m a bit disappointed but only have myself to blame.
I’m going to up my calories to 3200kcal from today and see if that helps i may even eat 3300kcal on days where i breakdance as well as train to ensure i put on a lb by the end of the week!
I’m getting stronger session by session even without the creatine so i’m pretty pleased!
I’ve switched to a deltoid-specialisation program to try and get rid of this tendonitis in my right forearm, i think the extra arm work was just making it worse.
Let’s hope we gain some weight this week! Back to the eating!
