5th Week Not gaining! Time to eat more!
Sunday, October 21st, 2007Stepped on the scales today and…75 kilos
I’ve actually lost weight! Its probably from all the extra cardio work i’m getting from the breakdancing (those dancing sessions can be looooonnnngggg!) so i’ve upped my calories to 3100kcal (extra 200 kcal).
Since i’ve gained practically 0 weight, i’m tempted to bulk for an extra 2 weeks before i cut (6 weeks instead of 4) that way i might make some actual gains before i start cutting! Strange thing is though i ‘feel’ bigger although it’s probably just in my head.
Decline Bench press rocks! Finally a chest exercise i can REALLY feel! Same goes for decline tricep extensions and CGBP!
All in all, still loving the lifting but i need to make some gains!
