5th Week Not gaining! Time to eat more!

Stepped on the scales today and…75 kilos :( I’ve actually lost weight! Its probably from all the extra cardio work i’m getting from the breakdancing (those dancing sessions can be looooonnnngggg!) so i’ve upped my calories to 3100kcal (extra 200 kcal).
Since i’ve gained practically 0 weight, i’m tempted to bulk for an extra 2 weeks before i cut (6 weeks instead of 4) that way i might make some actual gains before i start cutting! Strange thing is though i ‘feel’ bigger although it’s probably just in my head.

Decline Bench press rocks! Finally a chest exercise i can REALLY feel! Same goes for decline tricep extensions and CGBP!

All in all, still loving the lifting but i need to make some gains!

4th Week, Back in the game!

Took a week off last week, seems a bit out of the blue but i was starting to feel run down and i haven’t taken any time off for about 16 weeks! :( my bad! So i took this week off, ate clean and i started my new workout this week!

I’m specialising on my arms for a while (6-8 weeks) because they’re lagging so much and it’s pissing me off! If i see some decent size gains i’ll switch to delt specialisation after another week off.

Today’s workout was tough! Super high volume, but it targeted my arms like no other workout ever has! I think i can cope with twice a week of this!

I’m sticking with 2900 kcals for now until i can’t gain anymore (which may happen since i’m doing a lot of breakdancing at the moment), then i’ll up to 3000 kcals.

Only two more weeks till my cut! can’t wait to rip up some more! :D

3rd Week and the fat accumulates!

Wow 3 weeks already, the scale is back up to 167 now so i’m pleased but i’m so soft all over! Still, only 1 week of bulking left then i can cut for two with the help of Dialene 4!

I had a read of Marc Lobliner’s High Reps for Hugeness training, looks interesting but i think i’ll stick with the triphase program and use one of the specialisation routines once this 9 weeks is up.

in other news, it turns out one of my classmates is a natural bodybuilder! The more i train, the more i want to try the competitive stage at some point. He’s been giving me some useful tips but i’ve got a long way to go before i get up on stage!
