2nd week of Creatine (1st week bulking)
Sunday, September 30th, 2007Well, weight is down by 1 pound unfortunately
but then again since my bodyfat hasn’t changed at all, it’s likely to be water i’ve dropped due to moving into the maintenance phase.
Workouts have been incredible this week! My lifts have all shot up! Well chuffed! Hopefully if i continue to gain strength i’ll gain some muscle along with it.
Diet routine is absolutely solid
calories are hovering at the 2800 mark so i think i’ll boost them up to 2900 this week and see if that makes a difference to the weight gains.
Desperate to add another supplement! but i think i’ll stick with the creatine for now and see how the strength gains go, when it starts to plateau i’ll cycle off it for a month.
