So i was working out today as i can’t make it tomorrow and the gym is open shorter hours with the holiday. I had just started doing a flat bench press. When i got up to a very heavy weight someone came over and told me that was alot of weight and asked if i wanted a spot. i just smiled and said "no thanks i’m fine, but thanks for asking." what a great feeling i had after to realize that i could do weight that others could not and that my training was progressing so well.

so i’ve been trying myoshock now for almost a month and have not had a good experience. i love muscletech products so i thought i would try this as it is brand new. my first problem is that you have to take 7 of these pills before working out. a powder would have been much more effective. second, it seems that my workouts are great at first but then it hits me and i feel sick and faint, really bad. sometimes i can work through it and try drinking more water to try and fill me up so i don’t feel sick/faint anymore but its no fun. i am definately not trying this again and going back to noVapor. old reliable.
