Doing Chores
I have a day off today, which is nice because my wife and kids have the day off too. This of course means that we're catching up on chores that we've been neglecting for awhile. At the moment, I have a brief break so I'm spending it posting to my blog.
As far as my workouts go, I've been working out twice a week the past month as that was all I felt able to do on my schedule. This past week I've been phasing back into three times a week; three times a week seems to be working well except for my shoulder issue, but I'm taking care of that.
I've been trying to build up my stamina a bit so that I can sustain some decent cardio after my workouts. I was thinking of doing some HIIT or Tabata's, but I'm not ready for that so I'll just stick to slow and steady for now. I'll probably need to invest in some new running shoes though.
Anyhow, my break time is just about done and "The Boss" is calling. Time to get back to work.
