Just took some measurements. After 3 hard arm and chest workouts last week and the new chicken recipe I have gained 1/2 an inch to biceps and a little more than 1/2 an inch to my chest. Its awesome to see quick results from your hard work. I can’t belive the gains.
If I can achieve this growth with my frame and battle with bad genetics then anyone can achieve thier goals.

Couldn’t stay away from the gym today. Went in and hit abs hard again. (I cheated and did some arm and V-taper work too.) I will probably end up there agian tomorrow, I guess working abs since I am going for definition and not so much working on abs size yet, so ‘overtraining’ them shouldn’t be a huge negative. I wish there was more definative research on recovery and the issue of overtraining. Metabolism, Anabolsim, supplements, etc all play a role so I have a hard time believing what I read and hear about definative standards for training.
To help with coloric and protein intake and the issue of eating alot and still survivng finacially, I bought some frozrn chicken breast, baked it. I hate homemade chicken, its always dry and doesn’t taste right. I eat alot of poultry from the chinesee buffet. I get this down by slicing it up and loading it up with homemade fat-free ranch.

Hit the gym Friday to do arms, back and Chest. Hit Abs hard today (Saturday). The hardest thing for me to do is to not overtrain. I could do my arms, back, and chest circuit 3 times a week. Not because its not strenuous and hard, but because I love it. I am eating right, just trying to eat more.
This isn’t an interesting post, but I am trying to get in the habit. Bodyspace is actually a useful motivation and focus tool.
