The plan was to wake up early so I could train before working. But I went to bed too late, slept in. My body was telling me to sleep, so I did just that! Did 6 hrs. of manual labor today. And of course I’m too tired for training tonight, but will get it in tmr. Getting up in the morning to workout will take time, but I need to start going to bed earlier & make the effort.
So hopfully by the end of my training week I’ll get everything in. But I did manage to get some bball in!
