Dips / Legs / flexing / bball 2 scoops of Supercharge! Dynamic warmup for 12 mins. Bird dog: 1×10 Weighted dips: 5-3-1 or more: Warmup: Bw x6. 25×5, 50×3, 80×1 - tried for 2, but stalled in the middle. Birddog: 1×10 - 1sec. pause. Supercat: 2 mins. rest between sets. Fast speed jumps: 110×15, 110×15 Hex bar DL: 3-3-3 or more. 4-5 mins. rest between sets. Warm-up - 135×5: 180×3, 230×3, 260×3 Flexing: 35 mins. Bball: Around 20 mins. Shooting, ball-handling, dribbling. Felt great to be in the bball gym once again! Need to get in there more. Stretching: 12 mins. Hot tub: 15 mins. Great workout! Felt very good to get the pr on the dips, got it easy. DL felt great, beat my previous best for 3-3-3, which was a little over a month ago. Forgot to do my front & side lunges though |
