NO cows in the sky
Hmmm..the week is going well, but I’ve yet to train besides playing tennis & bball! Kinda been recovering from playing on the hard court everyday for over a week with a hitting lesson I have. He’s from Buffalo & has left for another 6 weeks. So today I’ll for sure do a workout….I’m very much ready to! Crap! Just weighed myself……171.5! Whoa, lost some muscle mass!! Will finish up some creatine I have & just concentrate on eating top notch quality food.
Been having a few drinks during the week so far, need to save it for the weekend only. Don’t need to waste $$ on that & those empty cals.
