The new yr is going very well so far. Making $$$, getting organized & getting things done! My back is alot better & I will begin my bodybuilding routine once again! Can’t wait!! Last night after getting my home gym back together ( I moved ) I did 2 sets of chin ups. Yippy! LMAO, they felt damn good too! Will get in a fully body workout today & Sat. along with bball & tennis. I need to start doing the dot drill & some jump roping to better my foot work & conditioning!!
Will be writing up my goals & plan of attack to reach them; will plan like I’m going into WWIII, hmmm, ok, more like WWIIII. One of my long term goals is to get my vertical to a three step 50 inch! Until next time. Kick ass, take names!
