Got in some great hitting with a buddy of mine, we played about 40 mins. He use to be the pro where I’m at now. He’s a badass of a friend, were always going out havin’ good times with our GreyGoose on the rocks, I LIKE the olive though, he doesn’t. Ha!
Was sucking some major air though & I hate that! Need to up my conditioning!! Also shot some bball for about an hr. My shot is amazing, it seems like everything I put up, goes in. And, it should be like that for me, the countless hrs. I have spent on my game over the yrs. is just crazy.
Still having some back issues, will be laying off the wts. for awhile to see if that helps any, but will be doing bodywt. exercise, dips, weighted dips, pull & chin-ups, core training, hindu squats & pushups, sprints etc. Stuff in the pool too. Isometrics, dynamic tension, jump roping.
