Drunk Driver
A drunk is driving through the city and his car is weaving violently all over the road. A cop pulls him over and asks, "Where have you been?"
"I’ve been to the pub," slurs the drunk.
"Well," says the cop, "it looks like you’ve had quite a few."
"I did alright," the drunk says with a smile.
"Did you know," says the cop, standing straight and folding his arms, "that a few intersections back, your wife fell out of your car?"
"Oh, thank heavens," sighs the drunk. "For a minute there, I thought I’d gone deaf."

It was a O K weekend for my b-day & all. I’ve got some issue stuff with a girl I’ve been seeing alot of for the past 6 weeks & it’s kinda hitting me hard. I’m getting the sick feeling, down feeling etc. Just alot of thoughts racing thru my head etc. I always try to not get to close, but…….. not always easy or as they say easier said than done. I’m lost for words. Gotta sleep. SHIT! Ahhhhh!!!!!!!!

Fri. afternoon kinda sucked with getting rained out w/ my work. ( tennis ) will be able to make up one of the lessons on Sun. And I’m not even sure if I want to do it! Hung out with my kinda almost sortof girlfriend, were just dating. Watched a funny as hell movie with Pauly Shore, called In The Army Now, or something like that. I was cracking up! Threw down some cold ones with some blue chips. Then, it was …….boom boom boom, lets go back to my room, so we can do it all night & make everything all right. LMAO, anyone out there remember that song???? I doubt it.
Woke up this morning a few before 11, felt great to sleep in. It’s a beautiful sunny day out & I’m just chillin’ with some coffee, being on the net. Gonna get some sun, workout my legs, arms, forearms, core & play some bball, will throw in some sprinting as well. Ahhhhhh…..I love the weekends!
Tonight I’m taking my friendgirl to a comedy club that is bada$$! GreyGoose w/ an olive here I come baby! Let the laughs begin! Then we’ll head to where all the clubs are at & dance like mad. Also need to see my buddies & hang with them a little.

I’m actually spending more time here now than over @ T-Nation!! The new Bodyspace is kickass no doubt. T-Nation has one too, but this one here is ummmm, not sure, better? I don’t know, anyways, it’s alot of fun & everyone has been really cool.
Shot a little ball, went to my chiropracter, my back is getting better. My workouts are getting more intense. Just took my ‘SUPER CHARGE’ and will be working my chest. For my bday I got some new workout gloves, a 10lb. medicine ball with a strap hooked to it. It’s cool, but I have no idea what exercises I can do with it. ANYONE?? Also got 2 swiss balls & on it’s way is a, I’ll give it a crack, not sure on the spelling. Ellipitcal trainer cardio machine? LMAO, you know what I’m trying to say. :-))
Ahhh. layed out in the sun for about 45 mins. today. Felt great, I love having a nice dark tan. Makes the muscles look so much better. Too bad my tan thru suit doesn’t work! :P
Goin out tonight with my hotty I’ve been seeing now for 6 straight weeks! That’s a record for me. LOL, she’s very cool & very much into ME! Gonna go get some drinks, ( GreyGoose on the rocks w/ an olive baby! ) check out the new Mark Walberg football movie. He’s one of my fav. actors, has a killer physique!! Good ol’ Marky Mark. LMAO.

Accidents Happen
A man happens upon a friend and sees that his friend’s car is wrecked and covered with leaves, grass, branches, dirt, and blood. He asks his friend, “What happened to your car?”

Yep, today is my birthday, Yeah!!! I turned 30!! Wow, my 20’s flew by so quickly, I can’t believe it. I still feel as if I’m 21…hahahahaha. Heard from a few lady friends, got a Gap card from my awesome parents. Bought some new BB supps for myself, along with some more training stuff for my killer home gym! I’ll post some pics soon.
So far today I’ve played 1 hr. of tennis, 1/2 hr. of bball & did some back work. That’s it for now, until later I suppose.
