Week None
Starting tomorrow, I am on break from lifting. I haven’t had a week off in probably 3 months which I am probably due for. I hate not being in the weight room but I know it is for the better. The week after my break is Week 5 (read previous post for meaning of Week 5) which means I go to a body part a day for a week. I am changing it up even more by making Week 5 a high rep week and then hitting Week 1 heavy again. Get at me cause I am hurtin..

Hey bro…great work - I wish that I had done the same b4 I got too far out and injured - what could have been a week off turned out to be 2 months - but I start back this week. I like your routine though. Keep up the hard work and enjoy the time off - you deserve it.
