Week None
Sunday, August 26th, 2007Starting tomorrow, I am on break from lifting. I haven’t had a week off in probably 3 months which I am probably due for. I hate not being in the weight room but I know it is for the better. The week after my break is Week 5 (read previous post for meaning of Week 5) which means I go to a body part a day for a week. I am changing it up even more by making Week 5 a high rep week and then hitting Week 1 heavy again. Get at me cause I am hurtin..
