Week 5
Sunday, July 29th, 2007This week is what is now referred to around my crew as Week 5. During week 5, I will be droping the push, pull, legs routine, which I have performed for the last 4 weeks, and will attempt Week 5. Week 5 consists of the following workout; Monday: chest; Tuesday: back; Wednsday: off; Thursday: delts, traps; Friday: arms; Saturday: legs; Sunday: off. Just gonna hit these bodyparts day by day giving them a week to recovery from what is probably over training. But it keeps the body guessing and after this week, back to week 1 (push, pull, legs) Best of luck to all and especially my crew. See you if I survive the 5..
