Change up
Saturday, June 30th, 2007Alright so I am starting the NO Shotgun Sunday for my leg workout and I hope it works as well as they say it does. I was currently using shock therapy every now and again but never does too much for me. I am also changing up my workouts this following week. Now trying the push, pull, legs method that I used two years ago to gain most of my size precontest last year (Sept. 2006) size. Although my nutrition knowledge lacked itself two years ago and I still got big, I am much smarter now so lets see where this takes me. I was getting good gains on my recent workouts but I think this variety will help. I mean, variety is good right..
