I swear, I can go 2 weeks of good living. Meaning I am eating big, lifting strong, and getting big from this. And then life does it’s thing and here comes the week that puts the stop to my progress. I sat down and decided today to add on 4 more weeks of cutting when I start (probably in 2-3 months) because I am afraid of these little crap weeks hurting my contest shape come showtime. Just a little frustrated right now but hopefully my chest and triceps will remind me what really matters tomorrow. Eatin time… calories calories calories. Enjoy em big while their here. Later

Starting tomorrow, I am on break from lifting. I haven’t had a week off in probably 3 months which I am probably due for. I hate not being in the weight room but I know it is for the better. The week after my break is Week 5 (read previous post for meaning of Week 5) which means I go to a body part a day for a week. I am changing it up even more by making Week 5 a high rep week and then hitting Week 1 heavy again. Get at me cause I am hurtin..

Alright well I survived week 5 so it is back to week 1. Push, pull, legs for another 4 weeks. But this week ended a little stressful and I can kinda see this whole week being a little stressed. Plus I am flying solo this week with no spotters but "gym spotters" who are usually to much of pussies to even think about asking for a spot. Time to eat. Later

This week is what is now referred to around my crew as Week 5. During week 5, I will be droping the push, pull, legs routine, which I have performed for the last 4 weeks, and will attempt Week 5. Week 5 consists of the following workout; Monday: chest; Tuesday: back; Wednsday: off; Thursday: delts, traps; Friday: arms; Saturday: legs; Sunday: off. Just gonna hit these bodyparts day by day giving them a week to recovery from what is probably over training. But it keeps the body guessing and after this week, back to week 1 (push, pull, legs) Best of luck to all and especially my crew. See you if I survive the 5..

The push, pull, legs is going great so far and the NO Shotgun has created a new term in my lifting dictionary. For everyone who reads this, best of luck. Hope you get as pumped as I am right now because it is gonna be hard to stop my all natural self now!!!!

Alright so I am starting the NO Shotgun Sunday for my leg workout and I hope it works as well as they say it does. I was currently using shock therapy every now and again but never does too much for me. I am also changing up my workouts this following week. Now trying the push, pull, legs method that I used two years ago to gain most of my size precontest last year (Sept. 2006) size. Although my nutrition knowledge lacked itself two years ago and I still got big, I am much smarter now so lets see where this takes me. I was getting good gains on my recent workouts but I think this variety will help. I mean, variety is good right..

So I was at work the other night. I work at UPS on a primary sort aisle and jumped up on a belt to break a jam. The belt was securely shut off but as I was up there, i ran my thumb along this sharp edge of a metro belt shute. Sliced about an inch and a half laceration across the top of my thumb right as it bends. Cut a little too much and it blood was everywhere. Five stitches and I am stuck doing cardio for a couple weeks. So needless to say, my training HAS to be put off for awhile. My first thoughts were "Can I work?? who cares…. Can I lift?? Probably not for awhile….dammit.." Wish me luck and hope that when I start training again, the break I had was a shock to my body and will result in a rapid increase in muscle growth. Later

My buddy is three weeks out from contest. He is having doubts on making his ideal goal. Whatever his decision (whether to compete or not) I will stick by it. I know that he will compete when he is ready. We have been working on his routine and it is looking great. You know who you are and good luck! You will do awesome…when you are ready. lol
