Started Madcow’s 5×5
It seemed only fitting that I should adopt Madcow’s workout routine /smirk/. So I did. I like it. It’s a good mix of challenging exercises without annoyingly long sets. I can keep focused for five reps; going for eight and ten and twelve is beyond my attention span. I’ve taken before pictures (which I’d upload, but then Tara won’t put out
— jk, Idc) and will post progress pictures and fat measurements every week or two.
