It seemed only fitting that I should adopt Madcow’s workout routine /smirk/. So I did. I like it. It’s a good mix of challenging exercises without annoyingly long sets. I can keep focused for five reps; going for eight and ten and twelve is beyond my attention span. I’ve taken before pictures (which I’d upload, but then Tara won’t put out
— jk, Idc) and will post progress pictures and fat measurements every week or two.
I think that’s it. BB.com will soon see the new and improved me, and then watch out.

I’ve never done squats before but want to start. I’ve taped myself in the gym this morning, to show how I understand squat form. If you know what you’re doing, please message/comment and let me know if I’m doing them right or wrong.
PLEASE NOTE THE SIDE VIDEO. I think I arch my back incorrectly (backwards) and it isn’t straight. That looks wrong.
Please advise.
