Yesterday - cheat allowed

weeeeee haha

Yesterday was a great day, I was allowed to cheat one meal before 11am.

So I went to The Works (which is the best place to go in Ottawa if you want to eat the best burger in town), I took a big burger called The Spartacat special, whats in it mmm, well avocado,bacon, jack cheese, lettuce, and mayo. I took some gravy on the side with that ,and basically dipped my burger in it hahhaa yup I know, but so good :)

I had also a milk shake (oreo) and a chocolate bar (70% dark chocolate) mmmmm

Great cheat right? hahaha

Good visit

My little bro is in town, and that is probably my high light of the summer.

Having a strict schedule with the diet, working out, studying, etc. Having my little bro around helps me relax and enjoy my summer a bit more.

My family support with my dream, and that is very important for me.

Anyway, him and I are going to the gym everyday, enjoying our time together.

Hard weekend!

I lost my Godmother last week.

So  I went to NB for the funeral. It was hard for me because she acted as my mother when I was younger,  not so long ago, she give me advices on life, etc. I will miss her a lot.

It kinda affected my mood, but I didn’t stop training, actually I felt that I had to do it for her. This up coming competition will be for her.
To go in NB, I had to packed all my food, took me 6 hours to prepare for 3 days. Hard to travel when you are on a diet let me tell you.

Anyway, its part of life, but it hurts and affect you for a while.

Dreaming of PIZZA???

WOW :)

Last night i didn’t sleep, well mostly. but the weirdest thing is, i dreamed about stealing a pizza from my best friend, and I can remember it was so good hahaha, what a weird dream right? hehehe

anyway after a week of diet thats my first intense dream about food hehe, i didn’t cheat so far and not planning to. I am very discipline!

Tomorrow I start my journey

Tomorrow i start my diet,

I did a lot of shopping today, running everywhere for this and that. I had a bit of trouble finding buffalo meat, wow expensive here in Ottawa.
Tonight its movie and chips time haha, with some good dark chocolate mmm, I love that stuff.

Lazer hair removal :)

Well I’ve been thinking about this for a long time.

Very tired of waxing, or shaving. Waxing hurt like helland doesn’t last very long.

I am Irish so makes it hard for me hahaha. I really hate hair on me, especially on my chest. So I went to this clinic for some info, anyway… I am going for it.

The cost a bit more, but in the long term is worth it (no more hair- hopefully)
The only thing I can’t do is tan this summer (my chest), but I will use pro-tan for the competition so it wont affect me.

On Canada Day, I start my diet

My plan is to eat the stuff that i wont be able too before I start my 3 months diet hahah, 4 days baby :)
I did a couple of diet before and I know that I need to relax with this hehe, but …
I will probably write a lot when I start hehe to keep things in control :)

I want to thank everyone who was/is helping me, with advices, tips and encouragement. It means a lot peeps.

Legs day :)

I had a very good leg workout today wow

Now that I change my workout schedule, I was able to do more exercises for my legs.

I felt every little muscles in my legs, I had a very rough time getting back home hehhe.

My deep squats were getting easier, so I change things a bit, negative (2sec), hold 4 seconds down in the bottom, 2 sec getting up and squeeze, wow do 5 sets of that and your are dead haha

30 reps to warm up, 15 reps with 2 plates, then 10 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps
Leg press 3 sets 15 -25 reps 4 plates each sides, negative 4 sec, stop at the bottom for 2 sec and getting up (4 sec and squeeze)

Walking lunges 3 sets 8 reps 60 lbs

leg ext. 4 sets 10 reps (hold 4 sec on the top, 4 sec negative)

Leg curl 4 sets 20 reps hold 6 sec, 12 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps

Stiff leg dead lift 3 sets 8 reps

Made the worst meal ever!

I was hungry, had nothing except brown rice . beans, and salsa.

So I cooked the beans, which took for everrrrr to be ready, and mixed the rice, and the salsa with it.

Wow, so not good hahaha

I was kinda mad, bcause I wanted my amount of protein and shit, but what ever. its done.

I couldn’t eat it all hehe
