Chest/shoulder/tricep May 27
My chest was really weak today, I got angry, so I lowered the weight (which was already low for my usual chest workout) to burn those MF%@#ERS. and so I did, I had an amazing pump. Felt great! I got out of the gym, pumped everywhere.
