Cardio and abs
I was not in a good mood today!
I did 30min cardio at 65% heart rate, which was 125, I always try to stay around 120 and 125.
Did 500 reps total for my abs
250 reps sit-up
250 reps knee tuck
Thats what I usually do for my abs, sit-up/knee tuck or leg raise/cable crunches, I switch once in a while.
