This week workouts
I had an amazing chest/shoulders and triceps workout Tuesday. I felt it pretty bad and had to take a few stretching sessions the next day haha. Today, we did back and biceps, again nice workout.
I started Purple K this week, I didn’t do creatine for a long time. I feel it and can say its a good product. I usually do Tribulus and ZMA, but now I do all of them
