Leg workout !
Well didn’t trained today, felt exhausted for some reason, was the same yesterday. I will do my legs tomorrow. Its really important to listen to your body, sometimes because we (mostly I) love working out so mush we/I forget that the/my body needs to recuperate haha. My job doesn’t help too, its a very high energy kinda job, so I need to balance both.
Went shopping today, bought a big mirror (yup) kinda need it for my posing and shit
and a dumbell kit (need to work on those biceps of mine), I will eventually make sure it doesn’t affect my workout plan, but I am looking to work them out twice a week at least.
