Cardio and abs
I notice that my body was a bit tired this week, so I took off my cardio and abs sessions for this week just to give my body a bit more rest. I felt a bit flat this week and didn’t like the feeling. The way by workout schedule goes is like this; abs cardio; Chest/shoulders/triceps; abs cardio; back/lower back/biceps/ abs cardio; quads/hamstrings/calves.
