My chest was really weak today, I got angry, so I lowered the weight (which was already low for my usual chest workout) to burn those MF%@#ERS. and so I did, I had an amazing pump. Felt great! I got out of the gym, pumped everywhere.
Chest
-incline bb press
-flat bb press
-dips
-pecdec
shoulders
-up right row
-ben over lateral raise (drop sets)
Triceps
-skull crusher
-cable ext.

I was not in a good mood today!
I did 30min cardio at 65% heart rate, which was 125, I always try to stay around 120 and 125.
Did 500 reps total for my abs
250 reps sit-up
250 reps knee tuck
Thats what I usually do for my abs, sit-up/knee tuck or leg raise/cable crunches, I switch once in a while.

wow this time I really pushed my legs to their limits, I feel it bad, what a pump.
Deep squats/leg curl/leg ext/walking lunges
I love walking lunges, it really gives me what I am looking for at the end of my workout.
At one point, I had to lay down on the floor hehe, couldn’t stand properly haha

I had an amazing chest/shoulders and triceps workout Tuesday. I felt it pretty bad and had to take a few stretching sessions the next day haha. Today, we did back and biceps, again nice workout.
I started Purple K this week, I didn’t do creatine for a long time. I feel it and can say its a good product. I usually do Tribulus and ZMA, but now I do all of them

I am very busy lately (school ends soon) and it didn’t come to my mind that I was out of almonds/spinach, etc. so nothing to munch on 
So I ate a pizza with the kids tonight, heheh so funny how I feel bad right now. I know its not the end of the world, but I am into it and do not want to break the cycle.

Today was a great day for my legs hahah
Took it easy, but still pushed hard enough to get a good pump.
5 sets of deep squats
4 sets of Leg curl
4 sets of leg ext.
3 sets of Walking lunges
and then
7 sets of Calves raise on leg press machine
3 sets standing calves raise

Well didn’t trained today, felt exhausted for some reason, was the same yesterday. I will do my legs tomorrow. Its really important to listen to your body, sometimes because we (mostly I) love working out so mush we/I forget that the/my body needs to recuperate haha. My job doesn’t help too, its a very high energy kinda job, so I need to balance both.
Went shopping today, bought a big mirror (yup) kinda need it for my posing and shit
and a dumbell kit (need to work on those biceps of mine), I will eventually make sure it doesn’t affect my workout plan, but I am looking to work them out twice a week at least.

I notice that my body was a bit tired this week, so I took off my cardio and abs sessions for this week just to give my body a bit more rest. I felt a bit flat this week and didn’t like the feeling. The way by workout schedule goes is like this; abs cardio; Chest/shoulders/triceps; abs cardio; back/lower back/biceps/ abs cardio; quads/hamstrings/calves.
