Duty weekends (work)
Once a month, I have what is called a duty weekend, which I work for at least 72 hours (can sleep only when the house is quiet, which happens rarely hehe). Those weekends are killers, and sometimes I need a complete week to recuperate, but this time I decided to still workout anyway and to try to do my best, even though I am very tired. Well I had, I think, the best workout today. My legs were so pump, I could even walk the stairs properly. It proves that been active really gives you energy. Eating quality food and taking good supplements also helps. Something new this time: I took NO XPLOD… some like that. very good product.
