Cardio and abs
Well I was doing cardio three times a weeks with my abs, but didnt see much changes lately, so I upgraded my cardio and ab workout a bit more. 45 minutes cardio and 1 more set for each exercises. Next progress pics are on april 25 and I really want to improve on that area.
The thing is, I am leaning everywhere, but except there, oh and I know why, it just piss me off a bit thats all hahaha, but of course in a good way, motivation
