Bad days…

It is so true that bodybuilding is more mental than anything else. When you are having a bad day, that is when you really need to work on yourself: feelings/emotions, etc. One, to have a good day, but also to have a good workout. Today (no need to  tell) I was in a very bad mood, I felt like trowing things, but instead, I went to the gym and workout, in the middle of the workout, I felt like stopping (had negative thoughts), to piss off, but I kicked myself in the butt and finish everything. Basically, we have the choice to let things affect us or not. Working out is a big part of my life, I feel great when I do it, and I am noticing that (been training for 11 years) by doing it, I grow and become more conscious of things about myself everyday. What a great sport :)

Duty weekends (work)

Once a month, I have what is called a duty weekend, which I work for at least 72 hours (can sleep only when the house is quiet, which happens rarely hehe). Those weekends are killers, and sometimes I need a complete week to recuperate, but this time I decided to still workout anyway and to try to do my best, even though I am very tired. Well I had, I think, the best workout today. My legs were so pump, I could even walk the stairs properly. It proves that been active really gives you energy. Eating quality food and taking good supplements also helps. Something new this time: I took NO XPLOD… some like that. very good product.

Cardio and abs

Well I was doing cardio three times a weeks with my abs, but didnt see much changes lately, so I upgraded my cardio and ab workout a bit more. 45 minutes cardio and 1 more set for each exercises. Next progress pics are on april 25 and I really want to improve on that area.

The thing is, I am leaning everywhere, but except there, oh and I know why, it just piss me off a bit thats all hahaha, but of course in a good way, motivation :)
