First two months of Scheduled weight training.
Well, I currently weight 140 pounds exact, I take cytogainer and I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I have a nice Workout plan.
Day 1 Triceps-Biceseps.
Day 2 Chest
Day 3 Back and shoulders.
Day 4 Legs and abs.
I hope to gain 160 pounds in a two month time.
I eat 5 times a day.

Good luck to you. I started at 143lbs and have plateaued at 155, took about 5 months for me but I don’t stick to a plan.

Thanks, I know its hard to stick to a workout plan, I started at 137 after 2 weeks im 140.
If I keep it up at this pace, I might reach my goal.
