First two months of Scheduled weight training.
April 24, 2008Well, I currently weight 140 pounds exact, I take cytogainer and I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I have a nice Workout plan.
Day 1 Triceps-Biceseps.
Day 2 Chest
Day 3 Back and shoulders.
Day 4 Legs and abs.
I hope to gain 160 pounds in a two month time.
I eat 5 times a day.
