LeGs LeGs LeGs - WeeK One (1)
Been a great week. I am happy with myself. Trained my legs twice this week and I can already feel the strength and hardness bounce back. I also been working on burning my calves -like "ouch" burn - and in little as a week I am already seeing results. I just wish the rest of my body responsed this easy.

Hey sexy - you look amazing! Question - how heavy are you lifting? I’ve been lifting really heavy lately especially my legs - the squat, leg press..etc and really seeing results. My husband was afraid I’d get "too big" but he LOVES the new me. Funnily enough, since he’s kind of skinny and deskbound, i’m actually stronger than him now on legs. We figured this out leg wrestling and what not. At first he was peeved and I was afraid of how it would affect the relationship… but it turns out, it’s a huge turn-on for him! I’m wondering if other girls who lift heavy on their legs are finding the same thing?

Thank you so much for your kind comments!!! Honestly I don’t lift heavy at all. But definately open to trying some heavy lifting. Curious of the results I may get??
I am not quite sure of your question? But if you are asking if the men I know like the strength in my legs - hell yes! One thing is for sure - they will never forget your legs

Wow! I just checked out your incredible transformation and got totally inspired for my Monday Morning workout. (And believe me, I needed inspiration….tomorrow is leg day.) You look incredible!
