With women , it's touch the heart and the mind will follow.. Hence, wining and dining a woman hoping to get lucky.. With men, a pose with a shirt pulled tight on a shreded diva will do i t eveytime:-) As my wife puts it..Men are wired differently.. But why not be admired by others.. To paraphrase Donna Summers song," You've worked hard for the body, so hard for the body". And you look stunning..It is what it is..

The ones you want to meet is when you are "out and about" with a baseball cap on while wearing sweats. I think you are turning into a formidable force. Looks at the dedication you have now. My balance is coming from being "positive" with myself and trying to visualize myself being better. It's just the patience part i struggle with... Best R

Thanks Rob for your feedback. Yes I do the same thing that you do when you look in the mirror. As for the "chemical" thing - I am starting to finally understand how visual men are.

Have a great night.

Do you go through a thing with the mirror that one day you go "wow...right on" and the next day "why isn't this happening faster?" It happens to me a lot. The only thing I can say is what needs to be changed seems to become much more apparent as things around it get more right.
As for the stares as a man I can't help myself, it's chemical. To see a woman of stength, grace and beauty does stops me dead in my tracks, my IQ suddenly drop by 50 points and english escapes me. Or maybe its those tights of yours! You could get used to worse things hun! Best Rob
