Is the show on the road?
Well my last post was two months ago.. I must say that no visible progress has been made. I did however make leaps progressing toward my goal of competing for an Olympia qualification. The leaps I have made are the misakes I have made. For every mistake I made, I found out exactly what WON’T work…. which brings me that much closer.
The name of the game now is to measure behaviors instead of results. I am done jumping on the scale every day. I believe my results will equal my efforts. So I will focus on my daily efforts and let the results come naturally. I am focusing on what I do have control over…. my lifts, my cardio, my diet.
I am shooting for the Houston Pro… God willing I will make it.
