The last time I checked I had a lean body mass of about 104 pounds measured via calipers. I would like to add 4 to 5 pounds of lean body mass by February 1. I am thinking I would like a pound on each shoulder, a pound on each butt cheek, and another quarter pound for each quad, and other half pound to be placed on my lats and lower back.
Sounds pretty funny, I know. The strange thing is I actually believe I can "place" my meat.
I am placing a limit of 128 pounds total on myself throughout the winter to make sure that when it comes to cutting time, I can kick my feet up and cut at a reasonable pace.
I am going to follow the same 21 week periodization program I did last season. I will start August 27 and work it thru January 7.
From January 8 thru the end of February I am keeping this up in the air. Maybe I will come across something in a magazine or online that intrigues me, or maybe I will work reluctant body parts. (shoulders) Or maybe I will go swimming….you never know.
Then from March 01 thru the end of May comes the cutting diet combined with the cardio and 6 days a week weight training. YIKES!!!
I plan to compete next season at 118-120 pounds. I am figuring about 108-109 pounds of lean mass and 10 to 12 pound of delicious fat.
I have a lot of work to do on one hand, but on the other hand I want to make sure I don’t overshoot and look like a dude. I have figured out that the judges like their physiques to be somewhat girlie and curvaceous. That’s why I am building out my shoulders and booty, cause I have quite a thick waist and need to add to the illusion of looking like Jessica Rabbit.
Well that’s PART of the plan.
