Reclaiming My Body
I started a 7 day souper diet. It’s very similar to a detox diet which I will try in the near future. I started the diet on Monday and it’s been going great! I wanted to jump-start my slow weight loss with the cabbage diet. I feel invigorated and at the same time shedding pounds and cleansing my colon. lol I transitioned from the body for life to this diet. I will go back to my usual diet on Monday. I intend to eat healthy and exercise after I reach my goal for maintenance. We leave for Arizona to visit my in-laws next week as well, but I won’t cheat that much. I get one cheat day a week and it’s always on the weekends. I intend to stay active while we’re there and continue with my daily workouts… To date I have lost 20 pounds, but I want to get down to 150. I look good at that weight, I don’t want to look deathly thin. That’s definitely not my style, I love my curves! lol I will keep you all posted as I make progress and ultimately reach my goal this Summer… Wish me the best!

Did you still end up starting on the 20th of February. Let me know. I am thinking of going back and trying the program now that I have really started to get back into fitness. Would love to have a person to keep motivated with the whole body for life transformation. Would be about a week behind you.
