Two things I need.
1) Get my multi-vitamin in the mail soon!
2) Quit sleeping in and missing breakfast!!! Breakfast sets my metabolism up for anabolic success and I’m sabotaging myself by missing it!
On a positive note: The Pittsburgh Steelers won there game this weekend and I had an excellent Shoulders/Chest and Tri’s lift last night

and Hopefully the Steelers will win again today.. its pretty warm here compared to what it has been.. should be a good day for a game.. about 5 inches of snow though so it will be a muddy one.

’bout time you updated your blog!! Now what’s up with the sleeping in? And why does that screw up your eating? Just shift everything forward then! OR- GET UP! Glad to hear you had a great workout- makes up for almost everything doesn’t it?
