July 14, 2009This is my current diet and supplementation plan for my contest prep for the next 6 weeks. For seasoning I use Sea Salt, Grinded Pepper and onion Powder and rub my meats in a little bit of olive oil
Supplements: Nitrix and Plasma Jet switch every 30 days, Dark Matter, Amino Tech, NO Shotgun, Animal Pak, Saw palmetto, Digestive Enzyme, Flax Oil, Novedex XT
Wake 5:30AM: Fat burners and amino tech
Cardio 6:00-7:00 Stair Stepper level 5
Meal 1: 7:15AM 16 Eggwhites(eggwhitesint)
2/3 Cup Quick Oats
1 Banana
Ice cubes blended
Animal Pak, Chromium P, 2 Flax Oil, 1 Saw Palmetto
Meal 2: 10:20am
8 oz chicken
1 cup spinach
1 tblspoon olive oil
1 digestive enzyme(sci fit) 2 flax oil
Meal 3: 1:30PM
8 oz chicken
1 cup brown rice
1 Digestive Enzyme
2 flax oil
3:00pm NO Shotgun
Train 3:45-4:45
12 Amino Tech Tabs 4:45
Cardio 4:45-5:00
5:00 1 Scoop Dark Matter
Meal 4: 5:30PM
8oz Tilapia
1 Sweet Potato
1 digestive enzyme
Meal 5: 7:45PM 8oz Buffalo or NY Steak
1 Cup Spinach
1 tblspoon Olive Oil
1 digestive enzyme
Meal 6: 9:45PM
12 Eggwhites
1 scoop Casein protein powder
1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
Icecubes blended
2 melatonin
Before Bed : 2 nolvedex XT
