getting back into the gym after appendix surgery, feeling pretty good, trying to pack on some serious size, so i guess ill say my prayers and eat my vitamins

Finished my first bodybuilding competition yesterday, and walked away with a 2nd place trophy in the teen division…. gonna go back re-evaluate, and start all over again and make a lot of Changes….but first a whopper
