Don’t get me wrong I love sex! But I’m so tired!
Ok now that I am leaner and am looking absolutely fantastic…compared to what I was. My partner is wanting to have sex with me all the time! Don’t get me wrong I love sex, I love having sex at least every day…but lately I’ve been so tired that it’s been a week between shags…now this is just not on. What’s wrong with me?
I’ve stepped up my cardio where I’m doing at least 1 hour of cardio 4 to 5 times a week, then I do my weights which is 5 days a week which can last up to an hour. I’ve now eating around 200g of protein so I don’t loose muscle and I’m limiting my carbs so I can decrease fat! And preparing all my food so I eat something every 2 to 3 hours. Meanwhile I am looking after an 11 month old who still wakes in the middle of the night for a bottle. I just need more rest or maybe I need an iron supplement. Why am I so tired!

Why not substitue one of your cardio session for a "workout" session with your man!
Great way to work up a sweat, and a lot more fun than an hour on the treadmill!

the reason you are so tired is 2 fold. A) you are burning up all your carbs which are your provider of energy and A) you are physically exerting yourself beyond your normal means your body has not adapted yet to this strenuous activity, you are simply and litereally burned out. A couple of ways to counter act this is one on days you plan on "burning" up more calories eat a few more carbs; also, you could cut your cardio/gym time by a few minutes so you still have the energy to get the job done. If you are not willing to give up the gym or the calorie cut then doing your fun early in the day before you hit the empty tank. Hope this helped.

Hi Vic,
First,
Your look is gorgeous!
Second,
I think your body cannot handle the strong impacts now but I think later you will be on the right track. Most of your supplements are about the fat loss program - and maybe it is too strong. Don’t forget it is pushing you over your natural limit !!!
Plus –one question do you eat enough carbs?
Third
The other problem can be your mental tiredness.
You know it is true or not but it can happen easily. ( You are focusing strongly for the daily work, child, training, diet, love. – it is too much!
If you say yes – you should do some short meditation.
Sorry if you find my ideas so bothering
Have a nice week,
M

LMAO, look at all the men chime in, here.
You don’t have to do cardio for an hour. That’s a lot. You can cut it down to 30 minutes or less if you do HIIT and keep your heart rate between 145 and 170 (i.e. when your heart rate reaches 170, let it sit there for a minute or 2 and then drop it down to 145 and repeat throughout the workout).
And he doesn’t need it everyday. Not with an 11 month old that you have to chase after. Your husband can take care of himself from time to time

11 month old baby is the answer full stop…that’s where the tiredness is mostly coming from…and an hour of cardio five times a week? I have two kids (9 and 6 years old) and I do 3 sessions of cardio at 45 minutes and then plyometrics, cardio and HIIT combined with my personal trainer in one session (an hour) per week, then the rest is weight training (so I spend just under 9 hours in the gym total each week)…I would be more then tired with your workout regime…blimey! Take it easy on yourself…

Thanks everyone for the feedback, I’ve started adding more carbs into the diet and I feel a bit better I think I will leave the cardio for 3 to 4 times a week at the moment…and see what happens to my body as I am still trying to loose fat!…I don’t feel alone in this … thanks again.

Maybe try to fit a power nap in the middle of your day…
