My goals!
Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009So i have decided to write down all my goals so i stick with them and read this when i am having a bad day!
#1 - Live a healthy lifestyle everyday
#2 - Don’t listen to negative people trying to put me down cuz i am doing something for me
#3 - Don’t eat crap food or else i will look like crap and regret doing it
#4 - work my ass off in the gym and give 150% daily
#5 - Have a lean 6 pack by July 20th 2009
#6 - Focuss on the positive not the negative
#7 - Goal body meausurements - 32-23-32 (I had these measurements last summer when i was working super hard in the gym and eating lower calories - but not healthy clean food, just used to count calories and ate too many empty carbs that i thought were clean..but now not counting calories - just focussing on natural clean food)
#8 - quit lookin at the SCALE!!!
#9 - be lean and very toned
#10 - Goal body fat is to get @ 12% by July 20th 2009 (this date keeps popping in my head lol..i duno why but i will use it lol)
