So i have decided to write down all my goals so i stick with them and read this when i am having a bad day!
#1 - Live a healthy lifestyle everyday
#2 - Don’t listen to negative people trying to put me down cuz i am doing something for me
#3 - Don’t eat crap food or else i will look like crap and regret doing it
#4 - work my ass off in the gym and give 150% daily
#5 - Have a lean 6 pack by July 20th 2009
#6 - Focuss on the positive not the negative
#7 - Goal body meausurements - 32-23-32 (I had these measurements last summer when i was working super hard in the gym and eating lower calories - but not healthy clean food, just used to count calories and ate too many empty carbs that i thought were clean..but now not counting calories - just focussing on natural clean food)
#8 - quit lookin at the SCALE!!!
#9 - be lean and very toned
#10 - Goal body fat is to get @ 12% by July 20th 2009 (this date keeps popping in my head lol..i duno why but i will use it lol)

Starting a new workout plan monday!
Im really excited to say that I will be working with Stevep78 starting monday!! He has done some incredable transformations on bb.com..but what is really impressing me and motivating me is the wonderful members of my new team! Everyone I have talked to has really been supportive and so kind to answer all my questions! They r all so diciplined and so determined to live a healthy life..it def makes me want to follow in their foot steps! I have never really been a clean eater..well i thought i was a pretty good eater, but realizing what i am supposed to eat to look lean and toned..its no wonder i have trouble seeing results LOL! I never really got into weights..well i had for about 3-4 months last year..but than focussed more on cardio once again..but with cardio and a poor diet i never get where i want to be..so this time around i am cleaning up my act..following Steve’s exact plan and not putting any junk in my body what so ever..im going to give 100% to this..I just came back from vacation and feel disguting! WAYYYY too much of everything..tons of fun..but i am still suffering lol..time to get healthy and live a healthy lifestyle..i have def learned that i can do as much cardio as i want, but with a crap diet i will get no where..so let the journey begin..it won’t be easy but i am def goin to have to change a lot of things..lift heavy and not be scared of it..clean up my diet 100% with no sugar..which will be so hard..i am a sugar addict! Gotta be so dedicated..i think once i get past the first few weeks with my new lifting routine and clean strict diet i will just get used to it that i wil never want to put junk in my body again because i will see reults and feel great..can’t wait to start and eat all natural organic food..this is time for a new healthy me! Instead of going out way too much..i will spend my time being healthy cooking and @ the gym! I will write often to update and post bi-weekly pics to motivate myself
