Monday, October 20th, 2008A few more workouts in and I can feel the energy levels starting to return. It was good having the time off and getting away from the weights for a while. I was very apprehensive not working out for a month. I did notice that I did not gain much weigth as my metabolisum must have stayed high for the month. I did notice that my energy level is alot lower but building back with each work out. I did my first arobic workout at 30 minutes this morning and it was very refreshing getting all the sweat going again. Sounds strange to look forward to the sweat.
