i am just starting to look into supplements and since there are SO many out there i just thought i’d ask the ladies out there what has been working for them and what flavors are best? my goals are to burn fat and build muscle. training for a fitness model competition in november.

FRUSTRATED!!!

so, it’s been 5 weeks now since starting my transformation. my original goal was to maintain my weight and gain muscle while losing fat. i have been sticking to my program pretty stinkin well but what has me frustrated is that i have gained 4 lbs since starting. last friday i weighed in at 112.8 and this morning, a week later i am 116.0! i am not a happy camper. i have been eating very clean except for light ice cream at night. that’s the only unclean food i eat. i was able to eat ice cream every night and maintain 108 so, i highly doubt it is that. i am wondering if i may be getting in too much protien.  i don’t think protien digests very well in me. i am a weight loss consultant and help ppl lose weight every day. even lost 70 lbs myself. in the past i quit working out which actually helped me lose weight(obviously i lost muscle) but the numbers do somewhat matter to me. everyone is saying that i don’t look bigger but my pants are fitting tighter now…yes my butt is lifting but should i really be gaining this much weight this quickly? anyone out there ever go through this? starting at a low weight then once you start working out you start qaining….somewhat quickly??….maybe i need to add more cardio??(great…)

SO, I AM 3.5 WEEKS INTO MY TRAINING AND DIETING(NOT 100% STRICT BUT PRETTY GOOD).  SINCE STARTING I HAVE GAINED LIKE 2 LBS AND MY PANTS ARE STARTING TO GET TIGHT. NOW THIS DOES NOT EXCITE ME! I WAS HOPING TO DROP 2 LBS AND STAY IN THE SAME SIZE CLOTHES…JUST HAVE THEM LOOK BETTER. ANYONE HAVE ANY WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT?? DOES EVERYONE GAIN AT FIRST? I KNOW MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT BUT IS IT SOON ENOUGH FOR THAT TO REALLY BE THE CASE? ALL I KNOW IS THAT I DO NOT WANT THE SCALE TO KEEP GOING IN THE DIRECTION THAT IT IS. HOPEFULLY THINGS WILL END UP THE WAY I HOPED LATER ON.

so, i am 2 weeks into my fitness and diet program. thursday i worked out my calves for the first time. and i worked them pretty hard. the day after they felt fine but the 2nd day after they were killing me(like any body part would hurt the 2nd day). my left one in particular was the one sensitive to the touch. the right was sore but tolerable. well, today, 3 days later, my left calf is still sensitive to the touch and i can barley walk without feeling the soreness. my right calf pretty much feels normal by now. i am just wondering if i may have torn something in the back of my calf for it to be so painful or if i really just overworked it? the pain is radiating from the back of the knee down the inside of my left calf. anyone experience this? and how long til the pain/soreness goes away? so frustrating….
