so, it’s been 5 weeks now since starting my transformation. my original goal was to maintain my weight and gain muscle while losing fat. i have been sticking to my program pretty stinkin well but what has me frustrated is that i have gained 4 lbs since starting. last friday i weighed in at 112.8 and this morning, a week later i am 116.0! i am not a happy camper. i have been eating very clean except for light ice cream at night. that’s the only unclean food i eat. i was able to eat ice cream every night and maintain 108 so, i highly doubt it is that. i am wondering if i may be getting in too much protien. i don’t think protien digests very well in me. i am a weight loss consultant and help ppl lose weight every day. even lost 70 lbs myself. in the past i quit working out which actually helped me lose weight(obviously i lost muscle) but the numbers do somewhat matter to me. everyone is saying that i don’t look bigger but my pants are fitting tighter now…yes my butt is lifting but should i really be gaining this much weight this quickly? anyone out there ever go through this? starting at a low weight then once you start working out you start qaining….somewhat quickly??….maybe i need to add more cardio??(great…)
