Do You Not Know Why I am Here….

Excuse me, Excuse Me, Pardon Me…. (Loud Clearing of My Throat) Do you not know why I am here? If you don’t I am make it my business to inform you.

I am here on Bodyspace to make sure mix in mingle with people that are fitness conscious like myself. I try to "Walk it Like I Talk it" because I am always telling people that if you want to succeed in life you should surround yourself with people that interested in the things you are doing? So thats why I am here, I not only want to inspire people but I want to be inspired as well.

I like reading about the changes that people have made in their lives. I also could use the extra motivation from time to time to all the time… LOL. I am here just for that. To be motivated and pushed as well as be the motivator and the pusher.

Now why are you here?

Originally I was looking for a place to track my progress, but the feedback and encouragement here has kept me going far longer than I have on my own in the past. I am very grateful.

    Hey Verbal!
I am here for a little guidance, positive reinforcement and a kick in the pants on occasion! Also to journal my ups and downs to keep honest with myself.

I understand your comments.. I actually laughed when i read you were clearing your throat.. for me, being new to the site and to weightlifting, and from reading forums on the site - I feel I do not have enough time on the books to really get in there and talk the talk.. I will tell you I love to give feedback and do give my opinion if I truly feel strongly about something.. ..However I read in forum recently all the "senior" level members dawgging out the newbies because some newbies dont read the forums before they ask questions etc and the way they were posting was like the newbies couldnt read it or they didnt care how they came across. It put a bad taste in my mouth so to speak..
I dont know if a "newbie" can give motivation and be taken seriously -but you are a hard worker and it shows and your posts are great and maybe its assumed you dont need motivation.?? I am not saying I agree with that but just puttin it out there..
I am here to stay and you can hit me up anytime! I am still working with a personal trainer 3 times a week, doing some cardio, eating clean and even doing a little Pilates. lol
    Work it baby!
    Just a shout from AZ
