I am just reporting that I still striving to be the best that I can by my 40th birthday(which is in March) I think that it time for me to go into full affect. I told to fall off the wagon because I think I know what it takes and I can do it at will. But this time is different for me because I love the way I feel and look.
I want to compete in at least one show just to do it. I just have to get this diet thing down and I am good to go. So if anyone has any suggestions please pass them my way… Thanks for the encouragement.

I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday, I spent the day cleaning and oddly enough it was very relaxing… LOL
But my reason for this post is to let all my friends know I am still here and still going strong. I am tired probably from lack of nourishment, (I had to workout for lunch) but I will be fine. Basically it was eat and not have the time for my workout. I can eat on my way home from work… Because I have an agenda… "Destination Sexy and 40"

Excuse me, Excuse Me, Pardon Me…. (Loud Clearing of My Throat) Do you not know why I am here? If you don’t I am make it my business to inform you.
I am here on Bodyspace to make sure mix in mingle with people that are fitness conscious like myself. I try to "Walk it Like I Talk it" because I am always telling people that if you want to succeed in life you should surround yourself with people that interested in the things you are doing? So thats why I am here, I not only want to inspire people but I want to be inspired as well.
I like reading about the changes that people have made in their lives. I also could use the extra motivation from time to time to all the time… LOL. I am here just for that. To be motivated and pushed as well as be the motivator and the pusher.

I have known for quite some time that I was made to do things in life, GREAT THINGS. But now I know what those things are… I am here to inspire others to be fit and healthy, happy lives. As I inspire others, they become inspiration for me, how strange is that? But at any rate, I know my calling in life, Do you know yours?
This is your motivation talking, Get up and do what you need to do to my great things happen. What are you waiting on? Get Up… NOW!!!!

I am sorry its been awhile since I been on here. There is no real excuse for my absence but I am back. I want all to know that I am still going thanks to you and of course the progress that I continue to see.
Since my last post I have lost about 10lbs of fat but gained about 5lbs in muscle mass. I just posted another pic today, check it out…

After my exhilerating workout yesterday evening, I am so ready for more. I am at work and can’t wait to get off and do more. Although, I am tired, sore and low on energy, I know I have to push it even harder.
I am so ready to experience a new level of fitness that my body doesn’t know or at least remembers. i am truly not into traditional forms of cardio so I have to do things that will excite and well as challenge me. As a teen, i ran track so running is quite boring to me, not to mention the stress it puts on the joints. With the combination of heavy wieghts and this 270 pounds i carry around everyday, i have opted out on the running.
Keep in mind, this is just how I feel. i recommend that we all do what works best for us. I applaud all the runners, bikers, swimmers and all other forms for exercises. i teach people to find their passions and live it… Because i am living mine..
